Licun charges 30 indoor households and 50 outdoor households, 50 of which can only catch miscellaneous fish, while grass carp and fish count as 20 Jin. There are few miscellaneous fish in it.

The fishing ground is located in Li Jiawan, Zhaishang Village, Meigang Township, yugan county City, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province.
