1. Drinking tea and kudingcha are super effective for losing weight.

2. Control your appetite, don't overeat, eat less meat and high-sugar and high-fat things, but don't go on a diet.

Don't drink water, juice or tea before going to bed to prevent edema.

4. You are greedy. Eating a small piece of chocolate before meals is fat-free, but it is high in energy, which suppresses appetite and makes you eat less for dinner unconsciously.

5. Do more sports, such as basketball, badminton, swimming, taekwondo, dancing, yoga (these are my favorite sports) and so on.
