Location of nine points on the head: Fengfu point in the first palace is behind the head and neck, and you can touch the depression with your fingers from the top of your head along the midline behind your head. Wugong Baihui point is the highest point on the top of the head, at the midpoint of the connecting line between the two ear tips. The Jiugong Shenting point is above the forehead, and the midline of the head enters the Tang Yin point (brow) above the hairline half finger (thumb) or four fingers. Sigong (the left forehead of the head) and Ergong (the right forehead) are respectively called the left and right scalp acupoints in the upper part of the forehead hairline, or the five fingers are close together to form a plum blossom finger, with the thumb pointing to the temple (the depression between the brow tip and the outer corner of the eye is a backward finger), and the acupoints are above the fingertips of the middle finger. The third house and the seventh house are called left and right Chengling points, which are four fingers pointing straight to the tip of the ear and then pointing forward, or the midpoint between Shenting and head and tail, about four fingers behind the head. Eight palaces and six palaces are left and right Fengchi points, which are concave outside the ribs on both sides of Fengfu and parallel to Fengfu.

One palace: Fengfu point: Du meridian. Activating qi, activating blood and inducing resuscitation. It is suitable for headache, dizziness, sore throat, common cold, apoplexy, madness, aphonia, neck disease, hemiplegia and psychosis.

Palace 86: Fengchi Point: Gallbladder Meridian. Regulate qi and blood, dispel wind and relieve exterior syndrome, and improve eyesight. It is suitable for headache, apoplexy, hemiplegia, common cold, summer heat, dizziness, hypertension, stiff neck, insomnia, lumbago, eye, ear and nose diseases.

The fifth house: Baihui point. Du meridian is the head of yang meridian, which can refresh the mind, raise yang and soothe the nerves, and regulate viscera. It is suitable for headache, dizziness, neurasthenia, hemiplegia, epilepsy, hypertension, hypotension, cerebral congestion, gastroptosis and uterine prolapse, persistent diarrhea and proctoptosis.

Jiugong: Shenting point. Du meridian promotes blood circulation to relieve pain, tranquilizes the mind and tonifies the brain. Suitable for headache, tears, dizziness, epilepsy, lethargy, insomnia, fright, runny nose, vomiting, psychosis and mania.

The fourth and second palace: the head and tail points. Stomach meridian. Headache, dizziness, eye pain, stroke, epilepsy, nasal congestion.

The third and seventh houses: Chengling point. Gallbladder meridian. Headache, dizziness, eye pain, nasal diseases, encephalopathy, aversion to cold and dyspnea.

Simple massage method: from 1 1 in the evening to 1 1 in the morning, massage from the first palace in the order of one, two, three and nine, and massage from the ninth palace to the first palace in the rest time. The number of massages is odd (13579 palace), which is a multiple of 9. Turn it clockwise, and 2468 palace is a multiple of 6, and turn it counterclockwise (think about hanging a watch there when massaging). After massaging nine acupoints, you should press them 9 times in the first house, and finally press them 36 times and 24 times in the fifth house (Baihui). Rub your hands after massage and wash your hands in hot water at home.

Massage technique: the five fingers are put together into plum blossom fingers, and the massage area is large, so it is easy to massage to acupoints. It is best to use a little force, not brute force, debt, pain, acid and numbness.

5. Note: Self-massage should be done twice a day. Head trauma or dermatosis and children should not be massaged. Massage is very effective for others.

Jiugong massage eye meridian health care

The function of massaging the ninth house of eyes: focusing on the eyeball? Rice? Eye acupoints (and massage points 6, 8 and 9) and the mechanism of preventing and treating eye diseases;

1, fish waist: Tongqi point, midpoint of eyebrows. Indications: Corneal pannus, conjunctivitis, ptosis and brow bone pain.

2, four whites: stomach meridian, eyes straight up, pupils straight down a finger, concave above cheekbones. Indications: red eyes, itchy eyes, blurred vision and facial paralysis.

3, clear eyes: bladder meridian, inner corner of the eye. Indications: red eyes, swelling and pain, myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, cataract and optic atrophy.

4, scorpion scorpion: gallbladder, outer corner of the eye. Indications: ametropia, corneal leukoplakia, keratitis and optic atrophy.

5, bamboo: bladder meridian, inner end of eyebrow. Indications: blurred vision, corneal leukoplakia, tears, mouth and eyes askew.

6, massage point: about one finger outside Sibai point (Ashi point).

7, silk bamboo empty: triple energizer, the outer end of the eyebrows. Indications: dizziness, red eyes and conjunctivitis.

8. Massage point: About one finger inside Sibai point (Ashi point).

9, massage point: eyeball (Ashi point).

Description: The above acupoints and massage points are arranged in massage order. Take the left eye as an example. First, massage the positive (X) character in the shape of (M): 1 upper end, 2 lower end, 3 left end and 4 right end. Then press the cross (10): 5 upper left, 6 lower right, 7 upper right and 8 lower left. Finally, eyeball 9 is the center of the word (meter).

Massage method:

3.
