Meditate every day. A month later, my world changed.
Meditation allows us to develop 100% awareness from 100% efforts.

I have been paying attention to "meditation" for the last month. Although I have been practicing yoga for some years, I am not unfamiliar with meditation, and I have found some videos or articles to understand it. The initial feeling is that meditation or meditation is a good thing and even has magical effects. Then I rarely had a chance to experience it several times, that is, ten or twenty minutes. Oh, no, this is really unbearable. In my feeling, time as long as a century, including the pain in my leg, is unbearable. I always need to change my legs and move in the middle.

Just a taste, meditation, and so it was skipped. Later, in the process of continuous study and reading, when I originally wanted to solve other puzzles, the book Lohas Meditation appeared, which gave me a deeper understanding of meditation. Nevertheless, my meditation time is still very short, and it is certainly impossible to form a compulsory course every day. Later, I learned some courses on physical and mental growth, gained a better understanding of various emotions and inner criticisms, gradually guided various rebound behaviors in intimate relationships and interpersonal communication, and tried to see the reasons behind my temper, jealousy, anger, escape, fear and other emotions more deeply. I think that although these studies may not be directly related to meditation, they have gradually cultivated my more sensitive consciousness.

What is meditation? "Meditation means that we go from 100% effort to zero awareness, and then to 100% awareness and zero effort. This is meditation. " I like the word consciousness more and more. In the past, many of our actions were unconscious. I don't know why we lose our temper, why we just feel tired, what is the significance of our daily life and work, why we are unhappy, and why others seem so successful and happy. ...

Meditation reduces our "ignorance", thus reducing the pain of life.

The concept of "ignorance" is mentioned in Heart of Yoga. Ignorance is an incorrect cognition and the root of "suffering". There are four expressions. The first is self-persistence, that is, we often like to say that I am a civil servant, I am right, I am the best ... this kind of recognition; The second is the desire for things that are not needed or needed. I think the desire for unnecessary things brings the deepest pain; The third is exclusion and hatred. Cherish things, or love or hate, or gain or loss, suffering also arises at the historic moment; The fourth is the fear of death, which is reflected in our life that we always have a fear of survival. We constantly earn money, socialize, and enroll our children in various remedial classes. The relationship is tense and intimate, we can't be alone, we can't live without prosperity and so on. I think these are tenacious resistance to the ultimate lonely death of life.

Yoga can change people, whether you believe it or not, it is really happening. As the seventh branch of the eight branches of yoga, meditation has great weight and magic. That time, I meditated for four days in a row, and sat in the meditation atmosphere with my teacher for an hour. In the meantime, I have been hurt, endured and driven crazy. All the experiences of struggle and hard work have left an unforgettable mark in my heart. Therefore, when my 100% efforts are gentle like water and turn into stars in the night, the power of perception begins to spread all over your body, just like the girl in spring has dyed the earth green. At this time, your heart has been frozen for many years, and the indestructible "suffering" is called "epiphany" from now on, so that you can truly see how much you have suffered and how deep your obsession is. You begin to feel sorry for yourself, embrace yourself, and show sympathy for yourself, others and the world.

Meditation enables us to live in peace with ourselves and our surroundings.

Recently, I listened to teacher Cheng Zihang's theme sharing class on meditation in the micro-class. One * * * is eight classes, which have been attended for three times so far. The biggest feeling is the further interpretation of meditation. In fact, we are constantly learning the skills of meditation, not meditation. On the contrary, it gave me a kind of peace of mind, and I could walk on the road of meditation without any worries. Many people will think that meditation makes me think nothing, so why am I sitting there? Or, you make me think nothing and can't move. God, how is that possible? Close your eyes meditation, breath counting and breath control, including yoga poses, are all preparations for the final meditation. We approach meditation infinitely, tend to meditate step by step, put our bodies there and look at the whimsy in our minds, just like watching a rolling river, and our concentration will naturally increase.

We can sit there quietly. If we don't move, we can look at all thoughts calmly and safely. In this way, we will be at ease and calm. You will naturally talk calmly in your daily life, you will communicate with people in a down-to-earth way, you will feel the little happiness brought by your children, you will touch the warmth brought by your family, you will thank the gift of yoga, and you will understand the bitterness and joy.

One day, if you change, the world will change, really!
