Once I went for a massage, the masseur wanted to cupping me, and I quickly refused! He said that his Rafa is different and he won't pull round and round. He must let me try! He pulled out many places on my shoulder, neck and upper arm. He used a canister suction device. When the jar sucked tightly, he pulled the jar several times, and then pulled the stopper back after a few seconds to take it out. When he pulled it out, my upper back felt relaxed. At that time, I suddenly had an understanding and thought, yes, this is the cupping method that conforms to my consistent concept.
Generally, cupping, whether cupping or cupping, usually stays on the skin for a period of time to change the tension of the whole fascia system by tightening the skin. Because the whole fascia is pulled, the muscles inside will naturally change their position and tension in three-dimensional space. If the muscles or tendons of a certain part or joint have reached the limit of compensation, that is to say, adding extra tension to the joint will cause pain. At this time, you will find that cupping is at the place where muscle contraction is the strongest and tightest, so that the tension of the whole muscle group will be forced to change, the muscles or fascia on the painful joints will be buffered to a certain extent, and the feeling of pain will drop a lot. If other muscles that cause abnormal tension in the system are also released by cupping to relax the fascia in the bag, the pain tolerance will change even more. Of course, cupping can also be directly performed at the most tense part of the muscle that directly causes pain, and then the patient can get up and move, because part of the fascia is pulled and displaced, and the fascia will be redistributed and changed during the whole body activity, so the effect on pain will be good. However, there are two problems. First of all, the suction time is too long, and the subcutaneous tissue is easy to cause some slight and imperceptible damage, but it is not easy to restore fibrosis. Another problem is that this adjustment method, which is also an expectation, is to let the fascia slide on its own. Although it has changed, it is not under the clear control of doctors, so although the symptoms will be relieved at present, the probability of recurrence is also high. So how to use cupping to make a more definite and meaningful reset under the control of doctors? Let's talk!
It is actually a good thing that the Department of Health defines cupping as a non-medical act. It gives many private medical practitioners more vitality and tools to use, which is much more labor-saving than bare hands. Just like in the legendary swordsman, the lonely people are desperate for defeat. Cupping can certainly be used as an effective and accurate treatment tool under the condition of understanding the causes of body fascia transition, which I hope the Department of Health under the control of Western medicine will never understand.
Let's talk about the usage of single-point cupping. Acting on a single point is to relax local joints or muscles. If you want to relax a muscle, it should be the most effective place where the muscle is stretched most tightly and can change the fascia most. When acting on joints, it is best to find the places where tendons adhere to each other, or where muscles are transformed into tendons, such as elbows, knee fossa and armpits, which are the places where many tendon adhesions can most affect fascia transformation. Cupping in these places is not as accurate as acupuncture, but if the technology is good enough, the effect is sometimes not lost. As for the so-called places where the muscles near the joints become tendons, such as the front of the humeral epicondyle at the elbow, the upper edge of the patella, the upper part of the medial and lateral knees, and the front and rear edges of the deltoid muscle at the shoulder, it is also an important point for cupping.
Just a little cupping, what I have been doing is to think clearly and know what your man is doing. First of all, you should know the muscle tension you want to solve, then choose the point of attraction and traction, and choose another place as the monitoring point of muscle relaxation during attraction and traction. Just like when I take my junior to adjust the bowel joints, I will put my hand on the back or head of the person being adjusted. When the intestine is aligned, many muscles passively coming out of the ditch on the back will be released instantly, and a large fascia will slide (this is the sound made when the epiphysis is really adjusted, it is a very slight vibration and sliding, and there is no sound, not the sound of joints. Making joint sound only means that the tendon slides hard on the joint, which has nothing to do with whether the bone joint is in place or not. The so-called homing means that the muscles attached to it are loose and smooth), because the fascia is interlocking, it is recommended that the fascia slip will involve the back and scalp when the intestine is homing, so if my hands on my back or head feel this slip, I will know that I have reached a certain degree of homing. According to the tension change of my hands (that is, the permeability of the fascia), I can know whether the homing is complete, and I can know this.
Therefore, when choosing the place to suck and pull, when operating with the right hand, because it is difficult for the right hand to feel clearly under the needle, the left hand must be used as the basis of operation. When cupping, it is usually kept for a predetermined time, and then the subcutaneous bleeding is seen. The darker it is, the more effective it is. Some people even think that the darker it is, the more toxins are discharged. Of course, this is wrong. The darker the color, the more the subcutaneous microvessels rupture, but it also means that the lower tension is relatively large. Some people will also pull the jar that absorbs the skin and then release it. This is right, it can increase the degree of fascial relaxation, but be careful to cause injury. What should the left hand perceive? If the muscles contract abnormally, the fascia will be distorted abnormally. When you operate the jar with your right hand, you can change the torsion of this fascia in some ways. If the left hand feels clearly the direction of pulling fascia, the right hand can not only lift it, but also gently pull and twist the jar to loosen fascia. Therefore, the basic skill is to twist the jar left and right, pull it back and forth, and pull it up and down. Put your left hand on the far end of the lesion or jar (and the place where you pull is usually not a pain point, just like acupuncture, the lower needle is not necessarily a lesion or a pain point) to sense the changes of fascia. When the jar sucks skin, first rotate it left and right to see which direction the fascia is smoother, then move it up and down and left and right to make it smoother. Finally, gently lift the jar up and down to make the new tension of local fascia smooth extend outward and spread outward like water waves. You can use your left hand to monitor the tension change, know whether the strength of pulling the jar is enough, whether the conduction of fascia changes in the extension direction is right, which side is round and compliant, and which side is still twisting, so as to choose the next pulling point.
After unlocking an acupoint (muscle or joint), cupping can further change the muscle tension of a small system. For example, the forearm muscles are stiff and tight, so that the flexor ulnaris bone can not be completely stretched and flattened. At this time, we can see which direction can release the fascia by rotating the subcutaneous fascia (mainly around the flexor ulnaris). When operating, first suck the tight acupoints in the lower arm muscles, then rotate obliquely and lift the jar, which can release the whole lower arm flexors. This method can be used in many places, such as shoulder and neck, thigh, abdomen (medial and lateral tarsometatarsal muscles), ankle and so on.
Cupping can also restore a whole system, such as the alignment between the shoulder strap and the body wall. This homing is based on the whole body axis. Align the shoulder strap with the body wall along the body axis (bend or sit up straight, raise your head, lean back, rotate slightly to the left or right). When the jar was pulled out of the fascia, the patient was asked to take a deep breath. Only by loosening the fascia with ribs can the jar lift the fascia of the whole system and restore it to its original state. This method can also be used for the alignment of ribs and intestines, and the alignment of femur and intestines and vertebrae.
In addition, cupping can also be used to rotate the reducer shaft. It is mainly used for rib rotation on both sides of the upper chest and muscle stiffness behind the neck of sublingual gland caused by uneven use of shoulder straps on both sides. It is very effective to restore the body axis by holding the chest left and right with the head down, or holding the chest left and right with the hips, and then sucking the jar on the trapezius muscle, rhomboid muscle or pectoralis major muscle, and doing it several times by using the patient's deep inhalation against the direction of axis rotation. The same method can also be used to reset the pelvis and adjust the tension of the abdomen and back (the tension of the spinal hyperbola).
Many of these operating skills are arbitrary, depending on the situation. I can't describe it in words. But the principle should be understandable. Cupping has the function of relaxing nutrition besides precise homing, which is incomparable to other therapies. There is a kind of person with stiff back and hard feet, which belongs to wet resistance (that is, the subcutaneous muscles are tight, but the subcutaneous muscles are still full but not empty, and the subcutaneous relaxation is yin deficiency, and the cupping effect is usually poor! ), you can put the jar on your back or slide it on your calf. This kind of sliding cylinder has a wide range. Don't suck and pull too hard. It is best not to break out (if it breaks out, it will cause minor subcutaneous injuries, and repeated times will cause injuries). Repeatedly, you will be active for a long time, and you will be able to dredge, relax and nourish. After dredging, the whole physique will change and the adjustment of bones will be much easier.
Finally, I suggest the cupping method mentioned above, and only suck the skin for five seconds at a time. Do not pull the same place more than three times.
