Recipe tip:

VBE is easy to be formulated and used, with good stability and acid and alkali resistance. The suitable pH range is 3.0- 10.0, which can be used in conjunction with most cosmetic ingredients.

Transparent water agent system: mixed with solubilizer in a certain proportion and directly added into water;
