1. Open the Explorer and navigate to "C:\windows\help", which is usually a windows help file. You can delete all the files in it. Right-click the Help folder and select Delete from the right-click menu that appears.

2. Open the Explorer and navigate to "C:\windows\winsxs\Backup", which is usually a backup file of windows. You can delete all the files in it. Right-click the backup folder and select Delete from the right-click menu that appears.
