How to choose a suit
To choose a decent suit, you need to pay attention to the details of fabric, color, style, pattern, shape, size, workmanship and so on.

Fabric. In view of the fact that suits are often used as formal dresses or dresses in foreign activities, the choice of fabrics should strive for high-grade. All kinds of airtight, non-radiation, shiny chemical fiber fabrics should not be used as a suit as far as possible. Suits made of high-grade wool are light, soft and crisp, so wool should be the first choice for suit fabrics.

Color. Men often regard suits as uniforms for external activities. Therefore, the specific color of the suit must be solemn and orthodox, but it should not be too frivolous and casual. Navy blue suits are often the first choice for every professional man. In addition, you can choose gray or brown. Black suits are suitable for solemn etiquette activities.

Traditionally, the more formal the occasion, the more attention should be paid to wearing a monochrome suit. Don't wear colorful or shiny suits on formal occasions. Generally, don't choose suits with hazy or transitional colors.

Style. At present, there are two common methods to distinguish the specific styles of suits:

First, according to the number of pieces. Suits are divided into single pieces and suits. Traditionally, a one-piece suit is a suit top that doesn't match pants, and it is only suitable for informal occasions. A suit worn in formal business communication must be a suit.

Suits are divided into two-piece suits and three-piece suits. A two-piece suit includes a suit and trousers. The three-piece suit includes a suit, trousers and vest. Traditionally, a three-piece suit is more formal than a two-piece suit. Generally, when attending foreign high-level activities, you can wear it like this.

The second is according to the number of buttons on the suit jacket. Suit tops are divided into single-breasted and double-breasted buttons.

Single-breasted blazers are more traditional. The most common ones are one key, two keys and three keys. A single-breasted suit jacket with one button and three buttons is more fashionable to wear, while a single-breasted suit jacket with two buttons is more orthodox.

It is generally believed that double-breasted suit tops are more fashionable. The most common are two keys, four keys and six keys. Double-breasted and six-breasted double-breasted suits are popular styles, while four-breasted double-breasted suits obviously have traditional styles.

Suits sewn with tartan can only be worn on informal occasions.

Modeling. The shape of a suit is also called a pattern. At present, there are four main styles:

British suit. It does not deliberately emphasize shoulder width, but pays attention to wearing naturally and close-fitting. Most of them are single-breasted, and the collar is V-shaped and narrow. The waist is slightly narrow, the shoulder pads are thin, and the back swing is slit at both sides. Such as "Dunhill Road" brand suit.

Japanese suit. This style of suit jacket has an "H" shape, that is, the shoulders and waist are not too prominent. Shoulder pads are not high, the collar is short and narrow, the waist is not too close, and the back can't be opened. The common brands in China are "Sliem", "Kiki" and "Raymond".

European suit. Its coat is inverted trapezoid, mostly double-row two buttons or double-row six buttons, and the button position is relatively low. It emphasizes the swing of shoulders and back, but ignores the waist. Shoulder pads and armholes are high, and the waist is medium, so the back swing cannot be opened. Common brands are Saint Laurent, Pierre Cardin, Ferret, Jinda and Shanshan.

American suit. This suit has unlined shoulders, V-neck, wide waist, slit back and single-breasted style.

British suits are well tailored, Japanese suits are dignified, European suits are free and easy, and American suits are loose and elegant. In contrast, British and Japanese suits are more suitable for China people's physical characteristics.

Size. No matter how famous a suit brand is, as long as the size doesn't suit you, don't wear it, otherwise it will damage your personal image.

Work. The obvious difference between famous brand suits and ordinary suits often lies in workmanship. Can grasp the "six views"

See if the lining is exposed, the pockets are symmetrical, the buttons are sewn firmly, the surface is blistered, the stitches are even and the appearance is flat.
