Exercise 1:

Ingredients: Prepare a cabbage, two carrots and three potatoes. Four tomatoes, two onions and celery. Then for meat, we should prepare a sausage and half a catty of beef.

Seasoning: prepare a can of tomato sauce, which is the kind of canned food. One can is enough. Then prepare a bottle of tomato sauce, a little pepper and cream, cream100g or so, and then prepare some edible salt, cooking oil, flour and sugar.

Making:

1. Wash half a catty of beef we prepared and cut it into small pieces. Then we will prepare a soup pot and pour some water, about half of it. Remember to put the beef in cold water, then cook it with high fire, and then turn to low heat and cook it slowly. When you open the lid, don't be too shocked to see the floating foam in the pot. Just take out the floating foam with a spoon, and then stew the beef in this soup pot for three hours.

2. After washing all the vegetables we have just prepared, peel the carrots, tomatoes and potatoes one by one, then cut the Chinese cabbage into one-inch diamonds, then cut the carrots into pieces, the potatoes into pieces, the tomatoes into pieces, and the onions, celery and sausages mentioned above, and put them on a plate for our next use.

Boil the beef soup in the soup pot for three hours, and then we will prepare a bigger casserole. When this pot is heated, we will put in100g of cooking oil and100g of cream. When the oil in the pot is cooked, we will put the cut potatoes first, and when the potatoes are almost cooked, we will add our cut sausages, stir fry them, and then add other vegetables that have just been cut, that is, potato pieces and diced radish. Whole wheat bread tastes best when dipped in soup.

Method 2: Prepare a piece of pork or beef, an onion and potato, a carrot and a tomato, some ketchup and two cloves of garlic, two spoonfuls of flour and a proper amount of salt.

Ingredients: prepare 300g of beef brisket, one and a half carrots for potatoes, and then one onion and one tomato respectively. Seasoning: prepare ketchup, 40g. Crushed black pepper. Prepare a small amount of sugar.

Exercise:

1. Pour some water into the pressure cooker, then put the beef or pork we have prepared in the pressure cooker (pay attention to beef or pork, be sure to scald the blood on it with hot water or wash it clean), then put some skins on the onion and cover the pressure cooker. Ingredients: onion, potato, beef, tomato, carrot, cabbage, tomato sauce, flour, vegetable oil, butter, black pepper and salt.

Exercise:

1. Cut the beef into small pieces, boil it, add some water, and put it in the pot for about 2 hours until the beef is cooked and soft.

2. Cut our prepared potatoes, onions, tomatoes, cabbages and carrots into diced vegetables of the same size.

3. Put some butter and vegetable oil in the pot, add onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chopped potatoes, carrots, Chinese cabbage and diced tomatoes that we have prepared and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then pour our cooked beef into the pot together with the soup in the pot, and continue to cook for more than half an hour. Then you can taste whether the potatoes and carrots inside are soft, and don't cook them if they are soft.

5. Prepare another pot, heat it, add the flour, fry it with a small torch until it turns yellow, then pour the fried flour into the pot where the beef soup is cooked, stir it evenly, and continue to cook for about half an hour.

6. Before cooking, put in the tomato sauce we prepared and season it with edible salt and black pepper, so that you can cook delicious Luo Songtang.
