According to the stipulation of "mineral (sodium-free)" content claim method in Appendix C of National Food Safety Standard-Rules for the Adoption of Nutrition Labels in prepackaged foods (GB28050-20 1 1), "Gao" can be used for every 100g≥30%. According to the standard of nutrient reference values on food labels in China (NRV), the calcium content per 100g reaches or exceeds 240 mg (800 mg-30% = 240 mg), which can be called "high calcium". According to the stipulation of "mineral (sodium-free)" content claim method in Appendix C of National Food Safety Standard-Rules for the Adoption of Nutrition Labels in prepackaged foods (GB28050-20 1 1), "Gao" can be used for every 100g≥30%.
