1. Set the aspect ratio of the picture to the same scale as the paper. Take the vertical A4 document as an example, and click "Page Layout-Paper Size", you can see that the paper size is 2 10 mm * 297 mm, and the aspect ratio of the picture should also be set to this ratio.

2. When adding pictures in "Page Layout-Background Color-Pictures", check the "Lock Picture Aspect Ratio" option in the lower left corner.

Generally speaking, however, the method of "page layout-background color-picture" is not recommended in WPS, because it can be found in "print preview" that these cannot be printed. Add a background picture, preferably in the header and footer, and set "around" to "next line of text", and then put it in the desired position.

"If I add a good picture, how can I make others not delete it ~", three methods:

1. Encrypt the DOC document. When you can save as, click the "Encrypt" button in the lower right corner to encrypt; Or click "Review-Protect Document" to encrypt.
