If you take the initiative to apply for a refund because you think that the use of Magic Privilege fails to meet the expected expectations, Magic Privilege will refund the remaining membership money (if any) to you after deducting the rights and interests used/collected during your membership period according to the market value. However, if you violate this agreement or any relevant laws, cheat or abuse members, or damage the interests of Magic Privilege or other users, Magic Privilege will not refund the termination fee.
