Sand jumping count
Generally, skipping rope will have a counter, but people with high level will not use it. But if there is a better one, more than 1000, which is more accurate after the test, it can still be used. Sometimes I use it, but it's just for reference. Accuracy is only a consideration. On the other hand, if I count in my mind, I will be more attentive and the fitness effect will be better, so I tend to count by myself when skipping rope for a long time.

The rope I often jump on has no counter. The following is the counting method of three stages of long-term adherence to skipping rope.

For a long time, I used a skipping technique called two-legged jumping with the center of gravity moving left and right. In the sand jumping system, I call it endurance jumping, which is relative to speed jumping, that is, changing feet. Because of the movement of the center of gravity, this technique is very similar to changing feet, which is easy to count.

In recent years, it is basically a jump, because only the number of one-time undead ropes is pursued, and it is not required to jump fast. Generally, when I jump rope, I will choose some reference objects, about ten, and change one reference object every 100 jumps, so I can only count from one to one hundred. Jump to 1000 and turn back. But even so, sometimes I can't remember where I counted. So every time I arrive at 100, I will shout out the number of jumps, so I seldom make mistakes.

Later, I danced a lot, and the whole process was basically not dead. So count not only one foot, but also ten fingers, which makes it harder to count wrong.

Both are counting methods that don't look at time.

Recently, I began to practice speed skipping for a long time, and I have to control the speed every minute, so I race against time. I usually jump rope when the minute hand reaches a multiple of 5, starting from the second hand to 12. Every time there is a plan, such as 160, warm up for one minute and dance for five minutes. I only remember one foot. I count to 80 in the first minute, and I don't need hundreds of digits in the second minute. After 100, I will start with 1. Counting to 60 means my speed is even. If I continue for another five minutes, it will be 500. Usually my speed will reach more than 200 times a minute. At this time, I still only remember one digit and ten digits. After 100, I will start counting from 1. When the minute hand reaches 12, it is easy to find out whether it is worse or more than 100. This way I can control the speed and count easily. There is nothing wrong! Of course, if there is a number that can display seconds, the method is the same.
