Second, my New Year's Flag: Although it is not easy to achieve, it can be adjusted slowly according to your own situation. For example, in the new year, I have five simple flags: first, I will take my parents for a physical examination every six months; Second, lose ten pounds and keep it; Third, don't go to discos and get into the good habit of going to bed early and getting up early; Fourth, drink more milk and eat less fried junk food; 5. Keep speaking English. These five rules are actually very simple, but for a procrastinator like me, they are very difficult. So the flag can be set within your tolerance, but don't be too confident.
