Township (town) people's governments and sub-district offices shall perform duties such as daily inspections and on-site protection of history, local buildings and traditional villages, and correct and report acts that do not conform to these measures. Fifth urban and rural construction administrative departments (hereinafter referred to as the construction administrative departments) are responsible for the supervision and management of history, local architecture and traditional villages.
The administrative department of cultural relics (hereinafter referred to as the administrative department of cultural relics) shall assist the competent department of construction in the relevant supervision and management work. In the process of general survey and identification of historical and local buildings, buildings (structures) that meet the requirements for inclusion in cultural relics protection units shall be included in the scope of publication of cultural relics protection units according to law.
Finance, agriculture, rural areas, natural resources, ecological environment, urban management, transportation, emergency management, ethnic and religious departments shall do relevant work within their respective functions and duties. Article 6 The people's governments of cities and counties (districts) shall arrange protection funds according to local actual conditions, and use them exclusively for the protection and management of historic buildings and traditional villages.
The sources of protection funds include:
(a) the superior financial special subsidy funds;

(3) Donations from units and individuals;
(four) the proceeds from the transfer, lease, exhibition or other rational utilization of state-owned history and local buildings;
(5) Other funds raised according to law.
The use and management of protection funds shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. Article 7 All units and individuals have the obligation to protect history, local buildings and traditional villages according to law, and have the right to discourage and report damage.
Any unit or individual can recommend history, local architecture and traditional villages to the county (District) people's government. Article 8 The people's governments of cities and counties (districts) shall strengthen the publicity and education on the protection of history, vernacular architecture and traditional villages, popularize the knowledge of protection, and raise the people's awareness of protection in the whole city. Ninth meet the protection requirements, support and encourage the rational use of historical, local buildings or traditional villages to carry out production and business activities. The Municipal People's Government shall set up an expert committee on the protection of historic buildings and municipal traditional villages (hereinafter referred to as the expert committee). The Committee of Experts is composed of professionals in planning, cultural relics, architecture and experts in history, culture and economy, and is responsible for evaluating the identification, adjustment, cancellation, planning and protection of historical and local buildings and municipal traditional villages, and providing decision-making suggestions to the Municipal People's government and its relevant departments. Fourteenth buildings (structures) that have been built for more than fifty years and have one of the following circumstances can be identified as historical buildings:

Buildings (structures) that have been built for more than 30 years but less than 50 years, but have special historical, scientific and artistic value, or have special commemorative and educational significance, can be identified as historical buildings.
