Lose weight, always sit less, always sit will gain weight on PP, stand up and walk.
Secondly, we should do some small activities that can be reduced. Stand with your legs apart, shoulder width apart, and then PP will hold them in the middle for fifteen minutes. This is what my body teacher taught me.
