No matter what the reason, as long as the relationship between husband and wife breaks down, they can divorce. Every Saturday is my volunteer counseling day. You can come to the office for detailed consultation (free of charge) after making an appointment by telephone. Lawyers should know that what the parties need is not a bunch of laws, but a solution to the problem. In China, there are only two ways to divorce: reaching an agreement with the Civil Affairs Bureau and suing the court for divorce. The former applies to the case where both husband and wife reach an agreement through consultation and both parties go to the Civil Affairs Bureau for handling. The latter applies to situations where consensus cannot be reached. The plaintiff brought his ID card, marriage certificate and complaint to the court where the defendant lived to sue for divorce. As long as the lawsuit continues, divorce is only a matter of time. Divorce litigation is highly skilled, so we should do a good job of litigation strategy before litigation and safeguard our own interests.
