But pay attention to the uneven temperature when heating in the microwave oven, and remember to stir it before drinking. In addition, it should be noted that when the milk is heated by microwave, it is best to pour the boxed or bagged milk into a container that can be heated by microwave and then heat it. It is best not to put it directly in a bag or box for heating.
Waterproof heating
The best way to heat milk is to heat it from water, that is, pour the milk into a container such as a cup, and then put it into hot water to heat it. It is not necessary to heat the water when it is warm, and the temperature can be adjusted according to personal taste. Although this method is troublesome, it can avoid the loss of nutrition when heating in microwave oven and cooking in pot.
Note: If milk is directly squeezed from cows, it must be disinfected, such as heating to 100℃ and boiling for a period of time, and then it can be drunk after disinfection.
You can't add sugar to milk when it is heated.
The timing of adding sugar is very important. If sugar is added before heating, sugar will react with lysine in milk during heating, which is not conducive to human health. So if you want to add sugar, you should pour in white sugar when the hot milk slowly drops to warm and not hot, and stir until it melts.

It is generally recommended to choose a cup or bottle with a high neck instead of a stainless steel cup, because the stainless steel cup has strong thermal conductivity, fast heating and faster cooling. The water in the cup is higher than that in bagged milk or boxed milk, which is convenient for uniform heating. Milk should be put in water correctly, not upside down, because there is a small hole in the tin foil at the top of milk, which will easily bubble out and leak out in hot water.
Time selection of waterproof heating
Boil the water first, and then cool it to 60-70 degrees, then you can warm the milk. Generally, the soaking time is about 5 minutes, and the milk is already warm. If you want to heat it up, you can soak it for a long time, or you can change a cup of hot water to continue soaking. Time and duration can be determined according to your own preferences.
