Mom loses weight: find a way that suits you.
After giving birth to the baby, the body fat increased obviously, but for the sake of the quality of the baby's milk, I dare not start to lose weight. Finally, when the baby was weaned, I made up my mind to get back to my slim figure. In the community, I searched around for various slimming posts and tried various methods, but the effect was not significant. After some groping, I found a way to lose weight that suits me.

Honey warm boiled water

After getting up every morning, I will drink a cup of warm water and honey on an empty stomach to help me defecate and make my body healthier.

Healthy diet

For breakfast, I will choose coarse grains such as corn porridge and oatmeal with milk, eggs and vegetables. At noon, the staple food will be halved, but the dishes will be casual until you are full. Dinner is mainly light vegetables, not staple food. I usually drink lotus leaf tea to help reduce fat.

Fruit replaces snacks.

I will eat some fruits at 10 am and around 4 pm to avoid snacks and make my diet healthier.
