Why are you riding a road bike?

The main reason why I ride a road bike is to keep fit.

I work in an office and often accompany my computer. Usually, there are not many times to go out and the amount of exercise is relatively small. Because there have been some small physical conditions before, the body's resistance is relatively poor. It is easy to catch a cold when it is cold. Later, the doctor suggested that I could choose exercise, and jogging and slow cycling were suitable for me.

A long time ago, I had a road bike, but since I bought it, I have always ridden it two or three times, but I haven't ridden it much since I put it in the garage, so the dust on it is very thick. Later, my daughter-in-law saw that I didn't ride much at ordinary times, and it was a pity to put it there, so she found a neighbor to deal with it cheaply for me.

I didn't feel anything at that time. I never rode it myself anyway. Later, the doctor advised me to ride a bike, and I began to regret it, so I went to the car shop and bought a new one.

At first, I was more energetic. I have a new car in my hand. When I was excited, I rode for about ten miles in one breath, and then I was panting and sweating. Later, I told the doctor that it was not good to ride a bike like this, and exercise would be counterproductive. At his suggestion, I began to ride the road bike slowly again. Basically, when you are slightly sweaty, stop to have a rest, and then continue riding for a while.

Later, my daughter-in-law suggested that I ride with someone else's road team. I think this is also a good suggestion. Then I signed up for a team. They rode a long distance, mostly for this fitness.

At first, I couldn't keep up with their rhythm. There are about thirty or forty people in a team, and I am basically at the bottom. But I am also a person who is extremely reluctant to part with the crane's tail, so I have been ahead of myself and I am exhausted every time. Then I simply quit the team.

Because, I still have to listen to the doctor, cycling is for fitness, not for racing to see who rides fast. I just started to recover, so I can't ride too fast.

I ride a road bike alone, slowly and casually, but I don't have the fun of riding with many people. Although it's boring, I can only stick to it in order to keep fit.

Gradually, I began to revel in this persistence. I think it's good to have something I can stick to, even if I don't have any great achievements in my life. And riding a road bike is not to kill time, but it is really good for your health, much better than taking a lot of medicine.

After riding a road bike for a long time, a person learned to control the speed and gradually got better. Since that year, I have hardly caught a cold in winter. I clearly remember the flu epidemic that year. Many people caught a cold and had intravenous drip. Later, I was infected by others at work, but the symptoms were mild and I didn't even take cold medicine. After about a week, I slowly recovered myself. For me who is used to catching a cold, this is simply a miracle. However, all this is due to riding a road bike.

For the sake of health, I think I will always insist on riding a road bike.
