2, timely urination and defecation

3. Observe the recovery of uterus.
The height of touching the bottom of uterus is restored day by day. After postpartum 10 days, the abdomen should not be touched. If the recovery of caesarean section is slow, uterine contractions should be used appropriately. If lochia has an odor, it should be given anti-inflammatory treatment.
4. Health care
Change underwear and sheets frequently when sweating after childbirth, and use warm water to wipe the bath. Keep indoor air circulation to prevent heatstroke. Normal lying-in women need to be sutured and pay attention to cleaning and nursing if they have side cuts or lacerations.
5. Postpartum exercise
Maternal women should avoid childbirth, but they can do a little exercise in moderation. Generally speaking, simple abdominal muscle contraction, sit-ups and other exercises can start from postpartum 14 days, but according to the situation, it is not appropriate to use too much force or too much intensity. If you like aerobic dance's mother, you have to wait six weeks to start over. In short, postpartum exercise should be persistent.
Don't do heavy work for a period of time after delivery, such as washing clothes, carrying water and lifting heavy objects. Otherwise you will suffer from uterine prolapse.
