The English name of Heart Flow Yoga is haeha vinyasa flow yoga, also referred to as Heart Flow Yoga. The concept of "vinyasa" is a strong combination of breathing and exercise. The "flow" here means continuous flow, that is, feeling various combinations of exercise during the practice of flowing yoga, which is generally used to distinguish the single-person practice in the traditional Hada yoga class.
Flowing yoga pays attention to fluidity and coherence in the overall arrangement, with orderly ups and downs. In the process of practice, we pay more attention to the comprehensive exercise of extensibility, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and concentration. Try to use throat breathing techniques when breathing, and jump and cross exercises when connecting postures in sequence.
In flowing yoga, the up-and-down transfer between poses is mainly accomplished through some connecting poses in Sun's poses A and B, such as: plank pose → elbow pose → upper dog pose → lower dog pose, which is what we call vinyasa. When the practitioner is tired, it can be omitted or simply done.
Heart yoga is more free and casual. In practice, we emphasize the one-to-one correspondence between breathing and movements, and coordinate posture and attention through throat breathing. Using the concept of vinyasa, people can combine action, breathing control and meditation in posture practice to achieve the unity of the three, so that our body, mind and spirit can be closely combined.
