The first one I want to talk about is leg press. That's right. It's leg press. In fact, through my practical experience, leg press can really stovepipe. Of course not. All you have to do is lift your legs to the height of your crotch. The height must be at least above the hips, and the legs must be stretched straight. This can not only thin legs, but also help stretch legs and shape them. But the effect of thinness is not obvious, but the effect of shaping will be greater.
Then the second one is hanging upside down and stovepipe. Just lie down and hang your legs upside down on the wall. Hanging your legs upside down for a long time will hinder blood circulation. So when you do this, you have to put your legs down and have a rest. This method is quite easy and effective, and it can be said to be a good way to quickly stovepipe. But it didn't last long.
The third type is the next word horse, which is the next horizontal split. This principle is similar to that of leg press.
The fourth is a kind of yoga. Lying on your side, your legs are naturally straight. Then one leg is close to the bed or floor, and the other leg is slowly lifted until it can't be higher, then it stays for 15 seconds or 30 seconds, and then it is slowly put down. Repeat 30 times on each leg. This method also takes effect quickly, and it will have obvious effect in a week or so. But the biggest drawback is tired, very tired, very tired. Therefore, as long as you can persist, this is the best way to stovepipe.
The fifth is skipping rope. Don't think skipping rope will increase calf muscles. In fact, skipping rope can really stovepipe, and it is stovepipe. I really tried. You can try for a week if you don't believe me. Just dance for 20 minutes every day.
The above is a summary of personal experience. If there is no actual effect, it is purely coincidental.
