Revit project file Click Manage-Clear Unused Projects to list the views, families and other objects that can be deleted from the current project.

In the second step, this function does not allow to clear the used objects, and judges whether the subsequent family files need to be used in the future, and selects the cleared items.

Step 3: Click OK to finish clearing all the selected objects from the current project.
