How can we learn yoga better? Do you need a lot of space to learn yoga?
I am a yoga instructor. Maybe I can give you some advice.

1. You don't need much space to learn yoga, but you'd better find a quiet, ventilated and comfortable environment to practice. Yoga pays attention to meditation. Only by calming down and adding posture and breathing can we get better results.

To be a yoga instructor, you must have a professional yoga instructor. If you just want to cultivate your self-cultivation and exercise, you can also study online or buy your own books, but it is more atmosphere to practice with people around you in a professional yoga studio, and professional coaches will guide you to practice better and faster.

There is no absolute age limit for learning yoga. Generally, you can practice yoga when you are over 7 years old. There is no problem in studying in your twenties. As long as you put your heart into it, you can learn it quickly.

4. If you enroll in a professional yoga training institution, you can learn it completely in 2-6 months, at the earliest 1 month. But they all learn posture, breathing, guidance and some theoretical knowledge. It is no problem to take a substitute class after mastering it, but experience should be accumulated slowly, and you will definitely be unfamiliar at first, and then you will become more and more skilled. The key to substitute class is posture connection. Every coach has his own style. As long as he grasps his own style and guides correctly, there will be no problem.

I hope my answer can give you some help and wish you success. O(∩_∩)O
