2. Wash the swimming crab.
3. Spread a layer of tin foil on the baking tray of the air fryer, with the stomachs of the two crabs facing upwards, and sprinkle with onion and ginger slices.
4. Cover with another piece of tin foil and bake at 200 degrees 10 minute.
5. Remove the tin foil and bake for 15 minutes.
6. Serve with ginger vinegar juice.
