I always skip dinner. Then I'll go at 5 pm. I walked/ran on the treadmill with plastic wrap on my legs for an hour. Then I tear off the plastic package and relax. I press my leg. I practice some instruments. Then I go to class. We have two classes at 6: 40 pm. Each class lasts about 50 minutes. Classes are different every day. There are yoga, aerobics and so on. ..

Drink more water. I drink two large cups, a glass of water and a cup of Pu 'er tea every night.

Every time I get off the treadmill, I'm soaked through. If you sweat a lot in class, such as high-temperature yoga and spinning, don't change clothes. If it's quiet, like Pilates, I'll change.

I must have a big breakfast. I jump rope at 5 o'clock every morning. Jumping rope is very thin. I jumped about 2000 times. Remember to hit me hard in the calf after the jump. Otherwise, I will become a muscular leg. Then I can't eat high-calorie food. I always eat white steamed bread. I drink a big bowl of soybean milk or red bean soup and eat it slowly. I will feel full. Sometimes I really curl my lips, occasionally. You can drink porridge if you eat salty food. You can't eat Friedvermicelli or anything like that. No matter what you eat, you must be slow. I used to eat fast. Now, no matter what you eat, I remind myself to be slow. I consciously take a bite and stop for half a minute.

I haven't had dinner for a long time, so I don't feel hungry at all. I had a light lunch, too.

In the gym, the coach will teach you some thin movements, such as dumbbell movements with thin arms, standing and squatting movements with thin legs and so on. I practice at home every night before going to bed. Dumbbells can be replaced by mineral water bottles. There are also some slimming pilates or yoga exercises that can be practiced in bed before going to bed. You must insist on it every day, because yoga is not taught by the same teacher every day. If you lose a part, you must practice it yourself when you go home. You must insist. You will see the effect.

My legs are thick. My leg is hard to lose. My upper body has obviously lost weight. My bones are sticking out. But my legs are not very thin. The treadmill had better run for a while before running. The effect is better. When running, try to land on the heel first. Take a bigger step. Never run on tiptoe. Your calves will thicken. If you can't get a foothold first, then go quickly. When practicing pilates.

In fact, the most important thing to lose weight is to stick to two words. It's been done for almost a month. I go home at 5 pm every day. Then I feel very fulfilled when I sleep every night. I get up every morning and weigh myself. It was hard at first. After running for 10 minutes, I'm exhausted. I can't walk fast. Now I can walk fast for an hour. I told myself when I was doing some stovepipe movements. If my legs were thin, I wouldn't work so hard. It's like my stomach is flat. I often get lazy when I do some abdominal movements.

In fact, the effect of practicing equipment is quite good. I practice back and hip lifting equipment every day. Very effective. My back is much thinner. Don't worry, my upper body is not easy to get muscles. The equipment on my leg doesn't work. My coach taught me a lot of moves that I can do at home. You can do it in the dormitory every day when you are in college.

These are all my personal experiences. I hope they can help you. You must stick to it. If you have more time, you don't have to diet. Then you won't bounce back. I only have two months. I'm going to college in September. That's why I'm so desperate. I want to lose weight quickly and then go to college to slowly restore my diet. Try to keep it up.
