What is the standard of light diet?
The standard of light diet is low salt, low fat, low sugar, more vegetables and more grains.

1, low salt. Diet requires that the daily intake of salt should not exceed 6g, which includes the sum of all the salts added in cooking, such as salt, soy sauce, bean paste, pickles and salted eggs.

2, low fat. Dietary requirements are about 30g of edible oil per day. Try to choose vegetable oil, such as olive oil, corn oil and sunflower seed oil, and eat less animal viscera, fat and grease.

3, low sugar. Diet requires that the sugar intake should be less than 25g per day, eat less exquisite desserts and cold drinks, and drink less sugary drinks.

4. Eat more vegetables. Eat more dark green, red and orange vegetables. Cucumber, green vegetables, spinach, celery, carrots and other vegetables are relatively low in fat, sugar and calories and rich in dietary fiber.

5. Eat more whole grains. Cereals usually refer to coarse grains without fine processing, such as corn, millet, sorghum and oats. Because of its simple processing, many nutrients are not destroyed, so it is an excellent place for grain.
