Because of the high pressure of the college entrance examination, I ran twice every night and lost weight unconsciously. In college, I deliberately lost weight. There was a time when I went to the playground for three laps every morning, and after running for a month, I lost weight. Every time I persisted for a while, I ended up failing for various reasons. Later, I summarized that the amount of exercise can be small, and persistence is valuable, but there is too much resistance on the way to lose weight. After working hard for a while, I still can't hold back and gain weight.

The first stage "quick-acting period"
3~ 10 day pure protein powder;
You can only eat lean beef, seafood, fish, eggs, poultry other than ducks and geese, animal offal, skimmed milk products, foods that do not contain fried sugar-free bean products, eggs and konjac, avoid sweetness, and adopt cooking methods without oil and salt. At least 1.5 litres of water every day to remove waste, and walk for 20 minutes every day.
I set myself a quick-acting period of 8 days and successfully lost 6 pounds. However, during this period, after Father's Day, girlfriend's engagement and so on, I inevitably ate some non-protein food. The second stage "slow effect period"
20 cycles (or stick to your own weight), 5:5 days of pure protein powder and plant protein alternate;
Vegetables with less sugar can be eaten, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, asparagus, onions, cabbages, mushrooms, celery, fennel, lettuce, chicory, beets, eggplant, sweet peppers, carrots, zucchini, beetroot and so on. Edible starchy vegetables, including beans other than corn and soybeans. Remove waste at least 1.5 litres of water every day and walk for 30 minutes. The weight bottleneck period lasts for more than 4 days and 60 minutes.
The third stage "consolidation period"
Avoid gaining weight, and the duration is the number of kilograms lost x10;
At this stage, you can eat protein with quick-acting period, vegetables with slow-acting period, two pieces of whole wheat bread or small bowl of rice (50g) every day, one piece of fruit every day (except bananas, grapes, cherries and nuts), sesame oil 10ml, two specific starchy foods (specially cut flour, sweet potatoes, peas, green beans and potatoes) every week, and two free meals every Monday. Remove waste at least 1.5 litres of water every day and walk for 25+ minutes.
The fourth stage "stable period"
For life, follow a pure protein diet one day a week, take three tablespoons of oat bran every day and walk for at least 20 minutes every day.
