2. Click the picture first, or select a picture, as shown in the figure.

4. Click on the picture tool, and a clipping tool will appear in the toolbar. After cutting and pasting, you find that the size of PPT has not changed, and there are more and more pictures, which makes PPT a little unbearable. What should I do?
5. Left click on the picture, and the window as shown will appear.
6. Click Window-Picture-Compress-Print-Compress Picture-Delete Crop Area, or you can choose to apply all pictures in the Application bar. In this way, PPT is moderate in size and runs smoothly.
