Scrub the inside and outside of pork belly with raw powder and salt, and wash. Warming middle warmer, invigorating spleen, dispelling cold and relieving pain. It can be used for gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer due to deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach, with symptoms of epigastric cold pain, temperature-sensitive pressure, abdominal distension and vomiting, tepid limbs, cold form and fear of cold.

Ginger porridge: 5- 10g slices of fresh ginger, 2-5 jujubes, and 0/00-150g of japonica rice, cooked together and seasoned with appropriate amount of oil and salt. Has that effect of warming spleen and nourish stomach, expelling wind and dispelling cold, and is suitable for patients with spleen and stomach deficiency, nausea, anorexia, clear wat vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea, headache and nasal congestion, chronic bronchitis, lung cold, asthma and cough. If it is used for cold, remove jujube and add 3 shallots.
