1. Open Photoshop and select the layer whose color needs to be extracted.

2. In the toolbar, select the straw tool; The shortcut key of the tool is i.

3. Hover the eyedropper tool over the area where you want to extract the color.

4. Click to select a color. You can see the selected color values in the lower boxes of the seed color and the foreground color.

4. If you want to change the foreground color or background color, you can click the color block of the foreground color or background color in the Layers panel.
