How to make Japanese three-color meatballs?
1. Mix tender tofu, white jade powder and sugar, add a little water and knead into dough (be careful not to add too much water, otherwise the meatballs will stick and not form).
2. Divide the dough into three equal parts.
3. Use a portion of dough, add a small amount of matcha powder, and then knead until the whole dough turns green (matcha controller can add more matcha powder according to his own preferences).
4. Take another dough, add a little pink food pigment, and knead the color evenly in the same way.
4. Divide three rice balls of different colors into several equal parts and knead them into small balls.
5. Boil hot water, add meatballs and cook until they float, cook for another 2 minutes and put them in cold water.
6. String the green, white and pink balls in turn with long bamboo sticks.
7. You can eat with some bean paste, sweet and tofu-flavored meatballs!
