Can you lose weight by eating rice noodles?
You can eat rice noodles, but in a small amount, not too much, eat well for breakfast, eat enough for lunch and eat less for dinner. Use coarse grains instead of staple foods, such as brown rice and whole wheat products. Taste as light as possible, with little salt, soy sauce or ketchup. Drink a bowl of soup or a cup of boiled water first, and then start with your favorite food and choose more troublesome food, such as chicken with bones. Chew at least ten to twenty times before swallowing food. Don't force yourself to eat when you are eight points full. Brush your teeth and rinse your mouth immediately after meals, eat more apples and drink more water, and try to avoid eating snacks, especially while watching TV. If you feel hungry, you might as well eat snacks first instead of fighting hunger.
