1. Open ps software, create a new white canvas with 500*500 pixels, and click the Create button in the lower right corner.

2. Click the ellipse tool on the left and set the fill color to blue.

3. Draw a circle with the size of 300*300 pixels, and then click on it to subtract the shape above.

4. Draw a rectangle on the blue circle with the rectangle tool.

5. Just hide the background.
