How to accurately measure the female bust?
Many people stand up straight when measuring their breasts. In fact, when we stand, the chest is in a state of being squeezed and drooping, so the measured size is incorrect. Please follow the steps below to measure the whole chest circumference.

1, bend your body forward 90 degrees first, so that the meat around your chest will be concentrated. 2. Then open the thumb and forefinger at 90 degrees, and hold the lower edge of the breast to support the chest. 3. Then straighten the upper body, take the nipple point as the measuring point, and measure it horizontally with a soft tape measure for one week, which is the full bust size.

Common sizes on underwear, such as 85C and 75B, refer not to the size of the bust, but to the size of the lower bust, that is, the horizontal length of the lower edge of the breast. The correct measurement method of lower chest circumference is:

1, near the lower edge of the breast, measured along the body level for one week. 2. Breast droop should be measured after the breast is raised to the normal position.

Available labels for the lower bust are 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100 and 105 cm.

It is worth reminding that women often get fat or thin because of pregnancy and slimming, so they should measure their chest circumference every three months or so.

The full bust minus the lower bust is the cup size. If the difference between your full bust and your lower bust is 10 cm, you should use a mask. AA, a, b, c, D E and f all refer to the size of the cup. You can determine your cup size according to the table below.
