Correct dressing method of bandage
There are six kinds of bandages:

1, ring method: this method is mostly used for the wrist, where the limbs are equal in thickness. First, wrap the bandage in a circular overlapping manner. The first lap is slightly inclined; The second and third coils are looped, and the hypotenuse of the first coil is pressed into the looped coil. Finally, fix the belt tail with adhesive, or cut the belt tail into two ends and tie it.

2. Serpentine method: This method is mostly used for fixing splints. First, wrap the bandage several times in a circular way. According to the width of the bandage, it is wound obliquely upwards or downwards at regular intervals.

3. Spiral method; This method is mostly used in parts with the same thickness of limbs. First, wrap it several times according to the Tour de France. Each winding covers one-third or two-thirds of the front winding in a spiral shape.

4. Spiral reverse folding method: this method is suitable for cases where the thickness of limbs is unequal. First, wrap it in a round way. When the bandage is gradually wound, each ring of bandage is folded back to cover one-third or two-thirds of the front ring. Winding from bottom to top in this way.

5, triangle hood bandage: tie the top corner and bottom edge of the triangle into a hood respectively. When dressing the head and face, the top knot is placed on the forehead, the bottom knot is placed on the back of the head to wrap the head, the two corners are tightened towards the face, folded outward to wrap the jaw, and then tied on the pillow. ?

6. Hands and feet binding: put your hands and feet on the triangular scarf, with the top corner on the back of your hands and feet, and then wrap the bottom edge and tie it together. Arm suspension: If upper limb fracture needs suspension and fixation, triangular towel bar can be used. The suspension method is to put the affected limb on the elbow-shaped triangle towel, then bypass the shoulder with one corner of the bottom edge and tie a knot on the back to form a cantilever shape.
