What anti-wrinkle methods are there in salt water massage?
Saline self-massage beauty method:

1. In a small clean bowl, put 1-2 teaspoons of refined salt, add about 10 ml of water and melt the salt for later use. Wash your hands with soap, wrap your hair in a towel, dry your face in front of the mirror, and apply your fingers or sticks to your face with melted salt water. Be careful not to apply it to the skin around the eyes, and then massage it when it is dry.

2. Massage the Tang Yin point between the eyebrows with the middle finger of the right hand and rotate it clockwise 100 times. Then press the middle finger of both hands between the eyebrows, and push the forehead to the front hairline from bottom to top, and then push it back to the eyebrows from top to bottom. Repeat this for 10-20 times.

3. Gently press the temple (3.3 cm backward between the brow tip and the outer canthus) for about 1 min, and then rotate the finger 100 times. Then the middle fingers on both sides are pushed from the temple to the inner canthus along the eyebrow and from the inner canthus to the outer canthus through the lower orbit. Massage the eyes like this, and repeat the press massage 10-20 times. Then gently relieve the eye sockets on both sides with the palm roots of both hands (both eyes should be closed gently), and gently apply force to do relative rotation massage for 50 times (to prevent eyelid drooping and bags under the eyes).

4. Stir the crow's feet of the outer corner of the eye from bottom to top with the middle finger and the belly of the ring finger of both hands, and stir 10-20 times on the left and right sides respectively.

The above-mentioned finger-belly massage should avoid damaging the skin, and it is advisable to adopt the methods of gentle pressure, gentle transportation and gentle pushing to avoid damaging subcutaneous tissue and causing subcutaneous congestion and skin relaxation due to strong massage.

5. Pacify both cheeks with palms of both hands, and push fleshy facial muscles 10-20 times from inside to outside and from top to bottom. Then, gently pat the facial muscles with your fingers, middle finger and middle ring, and move the finger parts one by one while patting, so as to make a short, coherent and rhythmic pat, which can enhance the elasticity of the muscles.

6. Use your fingers and middle fingers with both hands to gently push up from the nasolabial groove along both sides of the nose, and then gently drag and press on your forehead with your ring finger and little finger. Be careful not to move the skin surface when pressing with force.

7. Scrape one side of the thumb pulp and the second joint of the index finger into a nie clip type, and gently knead along the direction of the orbicularis oris muscle. Don't use too much force and traction. Suitable for dry skin. Enhance blood circulation, reduce wrinkles and enhance elasticity.

8. Separate your hands and fingers, and comb your head from front to back for 20-40 times by dry combing. After the massage, wash the salt water on your face with tap water. Then use some nutrient solution, milk and cream to keep the skin moist. For more information, please refer to the Beauty Channel.

Although facial massage can make the face more beautiful and moving, we should pay attention to the direction of massage, and the principle is from inside to outside and from bottom to top. Finger movement is perpendicular to skin wrinkles. Massage a little hard. If you have inflammation, trauma, suppuration and other lesions on your face, you should massage easily to prevent the spread of infection and the aggravation of your condition.
