How to make taro pigskin soup? What kind of pigskin should I use?
Use clean pigskin.

Material: 300g clean pigskin,100g water-borne bacteria.

Accessories: 20g shredded onion, 20g shredded ginger, 5g pepper, star anise 10g, refined salt 10g, monosodium glutamate 10g, 50ml clear soup, 50g fresh vegetables and 20ml sesame oil.

Steps:
