Why buy a treadmill?
Running is good for your health. Exercising whole body muscles is the most uniform and natural exercise, which can quickly lose weight.
Running outside can't replace the treadmill. Why? First of all, the air pollution in China is very serious. If you don't run in the park, it will be bad for your health. Then go out to run and get dressed, run to the park or the stadium, and then take off your clothes when you come back, which wastes a lot of time and energy. It is even more difficult to keep running on rainy days or in winter.
The same is true of the gym. You should get dressed, go out, go to the gym, change clothes and so on. Office workers don't have much time, and exercise is so troublesome that it is difficult for ordinary people to persist.
For example, there is no TV at home, so we can only go to Gome, industry and trade to watch TV. Who wants to watch it every day?
A few hundred dollars to get rid of these troubles is really not much, and mechanical treadmills are not much worse than electric ones.
I've used mechanical ones, which are a little harder than electric ones, but for exercise. I used it for several months and ran for an hour or two every day. I feel very good and energetic. Finally, I missed it because I moved and sold it.
I didn't feel any joint injury or anything, but my calf became very muscular and a little thick, hehe.
I used it in Russia. In fact, many foreign countries sell machinery, no less than electric ones. Generally, their family plans to buy machinery cheaply, and they have never heard anyone say how bad it is. Domestic big brands have production machinery, which can't be found in China, and they are all exported. For example, the production of evergreen trees, each brand has 2-3 mechanical models.
I think the mechanical one is more economical, saves electricity and has fewer faults than the electric one. After all, the structure is simple. In fact, the treadmill is a very simple thing, that is, running, which does not need to be so multifunctional and luxurious.
Now I want to buy a mechanical one, which is not easy to find.
Why? I think there are three reasons. One is that people in China are generally lazy and don't like sports very much. They think machinery is too difficult. Maybe you bought less home. The easier you use it, the better.
Second, there are not many people who really use treadmills in China, and they have not become a habit. Most people regard treadmills as luxury goods, so they are reluctant to buy "outdated" mechanical treadmills.
Third, businesses want to make money. Competition in China is fierce and profits are low. Then the transportation fee and storage fee of this giant treadmill will be high. The freight and storage costs of electric treadmills and machinery are the same, and they would rather sell expensive ones than cheap ones. If someone wants to buy a mechanical treadmill, they will persuade him how bad the treadmill is, how harmful it is, and how it was eliminated. But other countries use it very well. Is everyone else behind and we are the most avant-garde?
I write so much not to say that I must buy mechanical products, nor that electrical products are not good, but I hope consumers have more choices. I hope that the situation that we can only buy electric treadmills at present will change as soon as possible.
