① First, disable some unnecessary startup items: shut down and restart, press F8, select safe mode to enter the system, and click Start-Run (or use the key combination "Windows key +R key") to call up the run bar;

② Enter "msconfig" in the running column and press Enter (or confirm) to call up "System Configuration";

③ In the pop-up system configuration dialog box, find the "Services" tab and click.

(4) Check the item "Hide all Microsoft services" under the service label, then check all the non-Microsoft services listed in the above box to find out the services that don't need to be started, and go to the "tick" point "Apply" in front of the service item;

⑤ Click the "Start" tab to find out unnecessary startup programs, go to the previous "tick" point "Apply"-"OK", exit "System Configuration" and restart the computer.

⑥ Start the computer to enter the system normally, and then repeat the above steps (1) to (5);

⑦ Optimize the system startup again with the help of third-party tools, such as system optimization in "Computer Manager".
