76% people say that breakfast is the most important meal in a day, and eating breakfast every day helps to control calorie intake. Three quarters of the respondents said that they benefited from a light lunch and never skipped it. Dinner must be eaten early in order to lose weight to the maximum extent, because people have less activity at night, which means that excess calories are more easily converted into fat. Two-thirds of dieters suggest having dinner before 7 pm. Most dieters (72%) said that the key is not to exceed the calorie intake at lunch.
60% of the respondents said that skipping any meal would make it more difficult to lose weight. This study proves the truth of losing weight: eat like a king for breakfast, like a prince for lunch and like a beggar for dinner. It also shows that the four hours from 6 pm to 10 are the time when most weight loss plans go wrong. Most of the respondents (56%) said that they consumed a lot of calories during this time. 54% people said that they consumed more than half of their daily calorie intake during this time. Eating snacks and watching TV at 8 o'clock in the evening have wasted many efforts to lose weight. Because of this bad habit, 62% of the respondents failed to achieve the goal of losing weight.
