The boy's weight and height standard
The height and weight standard of boys is usually expressed by body mass index (BMI). The calculation formula of body mass index is: standard weight = height (m) * height (m) * standard coefficient (22). Standard weight plus or minus 10% is normal weight, standard weight plus or minus 10% ~ 20% is underweight and overweight, and standard weight plus or minus 20% is obesity and severe underweight. It is still recommended to treat your weight reasonably, don't overeat and don't force yourself to lose weight.

There are many formulas for calculating the standard weight of adults, and the formulas of different sexes are different. The calculation formula of male standard weight is standard weight = (cm-80 of height) × 70%. For example, a boy whose height is 173cm, the standard weight is (173-80) × 70% = 65.1kg. Normal body weight is within plus or minus 10%, overweight is above 10%, obesity is above 20%, thinness is below 10%, and emaciation is below 20%. There is also a simple formula to calculate the standard weight of adults. The method is that the kilograms of standard weight = centimeters of height-105, for example, the height is 173cm. Using this formula, the standard weight is 173- 105=68kg.

There is a formula to calculate the boy's height and standard weight. Under normal circumstances, a boy's height minus 80cm times 70% is the normal standard weight. Take a boy of 180cm as an example. The standard weight is 180-80 times 0.7, which is about 70kg. The weight of a normal person should fluctuate according to the standard weight, which is about 10%, that is, a child with 180cm, and the normal weight is about 63-77kg. Exceeding the index means that the child is overweight. If it exceeds 10%, it is said to be overweight. If it exceeds 10%-20%, it is mild obesity. If it exceeds 20%-30%, it is moderately obese. If it exceeds 50%, it is severely obese.
