The epidemic in 2020 disrupted our life rhythm, but with the joint efforts of some teachers such as Zheng Chunhong, a historical researcher in Yanbian Prefecture, and Hu Yongbo, the head of the state famous teacher studio, this teaching and research activity was carried out with the concept of "stopping teaching and continuing research" and using the network platform. For me with 12 years of teaching experience, this activity has benefited me a lot.

? Teacher Yanbian No.2 Middle School introduced in detail the time arrangement and specific practices of the first and second rounds, especially the handling of the extra one-month preparation time. Teacher Sun of Yanbian No.2 Middle School introduced the handling of elective courses, especially the evaluation of selecting four historical figures. The oral decision was summarized as: setting the channel, watching the class, setting the standard, avoiding extremes, emphasizing the people and following the activities. The words are catchy and refreshing. I was deeply impressed by Mr. Zhang's interpretation of the national guiding documents and the second round of slimming knowledge points. Teacher Jin of Yanbian No.1 Middle School introduced the proposer of the college entrance examination and suggested that young teachers read more books and take out more famous books at hand. I am about the same age as Mr. Jin, and I am really ashamed to see him reading a lot. Think about it in five or ten years. When all my students have finished reading the Four Books, Five Classics and classical history books, will my class still be attractive? This makes me feel a sense of urgency. I must calm down and read more books and learn more knowledge.

? Finally, Mr. Zheng introduced 42 questions: methods and strategies to solve open problems. Starting from the answer sheet, she introduced that it is comfortable to write 20 words per line, which is about 12~ 13 lines, that is, about 240 words. Then introduce the answer layout: syllogism. The first paragraph: opinions, opinions (one line). The second paragraph: historical facts, a little historical facts is about three lines, not more than three points. (About nine lines). The third paragraph: conclusion, sublimation (one line). Learning is not only the answer template of 42 open questions, but also the thinking mode of reverse thinking. Teacher Zheng particularly emphasized that front-line teachers should pay attention to "actual combat", and teachers kept doing problems and writing standardized and refined answers. Indeed, because the answer to this question is not unique, the reference answers to many exercises are "omitted", and the teacher only talks about the answering ideas. How do students write standardized answers? Finally, from the perspective of "being close to his teacher and believing in his way", Mr. Zheng exemplified the humanistic care and personality charm that a history teacher should have.

? In this seminar, I learned the template of solving open-ended questions, learned the reverse thinking mode, and learned that loving students is every teacher's lifelong responsibility!
