What is the experience of riding a bike for two hours?
After riding a bike for two hours, you will have a hearty feeling. The process is very hard. When you keep pedaling, you will feel that your leg is going to break and you will feel that you can't hold on. But when you grit your teeth and insist on riding, you will have a great sense of accomplishment and a bright future.

Last year, my good friend and I ran the gym every day for about two months. In the past two months, I rode my bike for two hours every day. After two months, I have lost fifteen pounds, and I have been riding a mountain bike with you for three or four hours.

When I first made up my mind to lose weight by cycling, my fitness instructor said, "You have to ride for two hours every day to get results in a short time." Riding a bike for two hours every day is my nightmare, but in order to lose weight, I still force myself to ride a bike. At first, I got on a spinning bike. I can't get off the bus in less than half an hour. Keep yelling that your legs are too tired. Fortunately, my coach has been encouraging me by my side, saying how many calories you will consume if you pedal for another half hour. He also plays songs to distract me. When I finished halfway, I felt my leg was going to break. After gritting my teeth for two hours, I felt relieved.

After I finished my goal, I was sweating like a pig, but I felt a sense of excitement and accomplishment. Later, I began to like this hearty feeling of sticking to the end. It always feels like running a half marathon. Although I didn't get the trophy, I was full of pride.

For me, from nightmare to liking cycling, riding for two hours is a good experience.
