The project is close to the lake, ensuring that the snow trail is arranged perpendicular to the coastline as much as possible, and taking the process of skiing sprint to the end of the lake shore as the core experience of the project. Due to the short depth of the site, limited elevation difference and slope, after repeated verification with the owner, the method of two slides was finally adopted. Enter from the unified frontcourt preparation area, and one side is the direct primary road to ensure that beginners don't have to walk too far in snowshoes; On the one hand, the platform is built with overlapping scaffolding, and rises to the platform of15m middle road to experience a faster sliding feeling.
On the basis of meeting the space requirements of the reception hall, coffee shop, storage room and bathroom proposed by the owner, we also tried different material forms, from wood structure to white scaffolding, in order to complete the project with the simplest structural system and create the most suitable skiing experience atmosphere.
Through continuous structural scheme attempts, the project finally puts the dislocation and hollow volume relationship to the ground through the expression of scaffolding. The white scaffolding structure is light and transparent, which increases the floating feeling of the snowy road. Steel stairs pass through the open space inside the scaffolding structure and surround the outside of the main body, so visitors can enjoy the surrounding scenery during the ascent.
The landscape is arranged with bright color blocks and lines, so that the building and the site are integrated, and the recognition of the whole area is enhanced through color. A straight passage leads the experiencer from the driveway to the venue, and the dark ground with bright yellow lines is full of movement and plays a guiding role.
On the highest starting platform, visitors can finally overlook the panoramic view of Luke Island. The bottom is controlled by lights, which can form an interesting light and shadow space outside the coffee shop at night.
The open boundary design is adopted in the venue, which improves the interactive participation, and people who visit and watch the slide activities can find a good foothold.
