As a result, I was severely criticized by the doctor, saying that we were dying, crazy and irresponsible to our health.

For the next three months, I lived in the "incense" of Chinese medicine, and I was going crazy. Moreover, the meat I went on a diet a few weeks ago actually increased geometrically. On my exercise list, the constant item is to ride ten kilometers every Saturday, and then assist other exercises. If I eat, I will eat less midnight snacks and fried food, and nothing else has changed.
