2. Add salt water, stir well, then knead into dough and put it in the refrigerator to relax 1 hour or more.
3. Take out the refrigerated dough, roll it into a rectangle, fold it in half from both sides 1/4 to the middle, and then fold it in half to complete a 40% discount. Pay attention to keep the crust low. When rolling, you can use a very small amount of fine noodles, but not too much, otherwise it will affect the taste of the finished product.

5. Peel and core the apple, and then dice it. Boil diced apples, fine sugar and lemon juice in a pot. At first, there will be more juice. 7. Take out the frozen crust, roll it into 2mm thickness, cut it into 16 pieces slightly larger than a 4-inch cake pan, and put it in the refrigerator 15 minutes.
8. Take out the crust, put it on the heart-shaped pancake tray respectively, and press it to make the crust and the pancake tray closely combined.
9. Sprinkle sponge cake crumbs on the pies respectively, and then add apple stuffing.
10. Cover the apple stuffing with a layer of cake crust, knead the edge with the lower layer of cake crust, press the edge of the mold with your hand, and cut off the excess dough.
