First, pull out the apple.

1. Wash, peel and cut apples into small pieces for later use.

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add starch, and stir evenly to make a starch paste.

3. Put the cut apples into the starch paste and evenly coat them with a layer of starch.

4. Pour the oil into the pot, and the oil temperature is 60% hot. Add the apple coated with starch, fry until golden brown, and drain.
