Protein food is located in the tower, followed by vitamins, and fatty food is located at the top of the tower. The intake of starch, protein, vitamins and fats decreased step by step, showing a pyramid shape. Such a diet structure is most beneficial to human health, so it is called a healthy diet pagoda.
