First of all, good food is the most healing thing. For me, simply enjoying food is only a short time, and that kind of relaxation is too short. So I choose to cook food, hoping that through this process, I can lengthen my relaxation time. Making food includes buying and selecting raw materials. In a dazzling array of supermarkets, it is relaxing to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of ingredients and prices. Going home, preparing ingredients according to the recipe, and then spreading out the process, or baking or steaming or frying or frying, is also a kind of relaxation. Until the final production is completed, whether it is successful or not, it will be solemnly placed in a vessel and decorated a little, and it will be recognized by others. But even if I cook a dark dish, I will smile from the heart and tell myself that I can do it well next time. You see, the whole process is just me and food, and there is no pressure or anything.
The second way to relieve stress is to go to crowded places and watch people come and go. Usually choose some shopping malls, because it is warm in winter and cool in summer, and there are seats to rest. Then I just sat there and looked at the endless stream of people in front of me, thinking about some strange questions, such as where they all came from, what they were going to do, whether there were any problems in their lives that were difficult to solve, and so on. Of course, I also look at beautiful women and handsome men. Sometimes, the baby in the cart makes me laugh involuntarily. At that moment, I felt relaxed.
In fact, adults need a way to vent their stress when eating, exercising, traveling, talking or getting drunk alone. As long as this way does not hurt yourself or affect others, and it is the most useful, it is the most suitable for you.
